Spencer Hoo is a Global Real Estate Professional (some might say influencer) who has worked extensively with China and Greater Asia for over the last decade. Both bringing Buyer and Investor clients over to the USA as well as providing safe and stable investments within Asia (and more recently Latin America). He is often invited to speak internationally or interviewed / quoted for publications (online and in print) on Global Real Estate related topics. He also regularly consults developers and companies who wish to expose their projects and products to the Global marketplace. 

Mr. Hoo is currently the Chair for the California Association of REALTORS (204,000+ membership) Global Real Estate Forum and member of their Board of Directors. He has also served as Chair for the Award Winning Orange County REALTORS (OCR) Global Business Alliance Committee and past member of their Board of Directors, as well as active member or past leadership with National Association of REALTORS, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association, etc.

Professionally Mr. Hoo is a California licensed REALTOR with the award-winning RE/MAX Omega in Orange County and Los Angeles County, providing property purchase and sale services to his clients whether the real estate is residential, investment, commercial, or global. He also is the Principal and Founder of hoo.global consulting providing marketing and consulting services for companies wishing to market their products and projects globally.
